You can remove your data from PingMyLead at any time.

If you are a business using PingMyLead

Open Settings in PingMyLead and press Disconnect under Instagram. This deletes the stored access token right away.

Or in the Instagram app go to Settings → Apps and websites → Active, choose PingMyLead and press Remove. Meta then tells us to delete your data and we do so automatically.

If you messaged or commented on a business

Email hello@pingmylead.com with your Instagram username and the business you contacted. We delete your messages and lead record within 30 days and confirm by email.

Checking a request

Requests sent through Instagram get a confirmation code. Open the status link Meta shows you to see whether deletion is complete.
