By using PingMyLead you agree to these terms.

The service

PingMyLead reads messages and comments sent to your connected Instagram professional account, scores them and drafts replies. Scores and drafts are suggestions; you decide what to send.

Your account

You must own or be authorised to manage the Instagram account you connect, and follow Instagram's and Meta's terms. Keep your sign-in details private.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly through Whop. If a payment fails or a plan ends, PingMyLead keeps saving leads but stops scoring and alerts until the plan is active again.

Acceptable use

Do not use PingMyLead for spam, harassment or anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

PingMyLead is provided as is. We are not responsible for sales lost or made, or for content written by your customers.
