What happens if I go over?
- At 80%: we tell you once, by email and push. Everything works.
- At 100%: we give you 10% extra leads, free, once a month. Everything still works.
- After that: new customers still arrive in your inbox, alerts still fire and every lead still gets its score. You can still reply by hand. Only drafts for new customers pause until you add leads or your month resets.
- Customers you already talk to keep full drafts until the month resets.
- Drafts never stop for a hot customer. When a customer reaches a score of 70 or more, drafts come back for them at once.
- We never charge you extra. You buy more leads only if you choose to.
Usage questions
1. What counts as a lead?+
One customer who writes to your shop in a billing month. A DM and a comment from the same person in the same month count once when we can match them to the same Instagram or Facebook account. A comment counts as a lead only when the customer also sends a DM, you reply to it, or it shows real buying interest. Short comments like "done" or an emoji on a giveaway do not count.
2. A customer writes to me 20 times. Does that count 20 times?+
No. It counts as 1 lead for the month. Long chats and many questions do not cost you more.
3. What happens when I reach my limit?+
You get 10% extra leads, free. After that, new customers still arrive, alerts still fire and every lead still gets its score. You can reply by hand. Drafts pause only for new customers until you add leads or your month resets. Customers you already talk to keep their drafts. When a customer becomes hot (score 70 or more), their drafts come back at once.
4. Will you charge me extra without asking?+
No. PingMyLead never charges for going over. You buy extra leads only when you tap the button yourself.
5. Do unused leads roll over?+
Plan leads reset on your billing day and do not roll over. Extra leads that you buy stay until the end of your next billing month, then expire.
6. Can I change my plan any time?+
Yes. An upgrade works the same day, and the value of the unused days of your old plan becomes free days on the new plan. Pick the smaller plan any time. Your current plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and we add those days to the new plan, so you never pay twice.
7. What do I get in the trial?+
7 days free, no card. You get 150 leads, 1 connected account, 2 team members and every feature that is live. At 150 leads, new customers still arrive in your inbox. Drafts for new customers pause until you choose a plan. The trial has no 10% extra.
8. How do team members and accounts work?+
A team member is anyone with a login to your shop, you included. One connected account is one Instagram professional account plus its linked Facebook Page. All accounts share your plan's leads. If you have more members than your plan allows, nobody is removed. You only need a free seat to invite someone new.
9. Can I cancel?+
Yes, any time, in Settings.
