Why we exist
We help small shops answer every customer quickly, in the customer's own dialect, while the owner stays in control.
PingMyLead roadmap
What is live today, what we are building next, and what we are exploring with you.
We build PingMyLead for small shops that sell in DMs and comments, so you can answer customers faster. Here is what works today, what comes next, and how to tell us what your shop needs.
We help small shops answer every customer quickly, in the customer's own dialect, while the owner stays in control.
Every small shop runs its social selling from one simple inbox that speaks its customers' language, wherever they write.
Live in PingMyLead today
Instagram DMs and comments, plus Facebook Messenger and comments, in one place.
Each lead gets a score from 0 to 100, so you see who is ready to buy first.
A notification on your phone (after you allow it) and an email when a hot customer waits and nobody has opened the chat.
Levantine, Gulf, Egyptian, Arabizi or English, with the prices you saved. If a price is missing, the draft says you will confirm it.
You check every draft and tap send. You connect with the official Meta login, never share your password, and can disconnect in one tap.
Snap your price list, upload a file or paste text, check the rows, and save. A guided setup fills in your shop details for you to confirm.
Why: A correct answer starts with your real prices, and typing them is the slowest part of setup.
See how many leads you have this month, next to the number in your plan, and add extra leads if you need them.
Why: You should always know where you stand, so any upgrade is your choice.
What we are building, or next on our list
One tap gives you a short public reply, with the price if you saved it, and a private message with the details. You check both before they go.
Why: Many people who ask in comments expect an answer there first, and you can send only one private message per comment until they reply.
See who asked the price and stopped replying, how long you can still answer the chat, and a follow up ready for you to send.
Why: When a buyer goes quiet, Instagram and Messenger give you only a limited time to answer again.
Collect the item, size, price, phone and an address with a landmark, then send one clear summary for the customer to confirm.
Why: Unconfirmed cash orders and unclear addresses cost you shipping both ways.
Your response time, leads per week, and which post or ad brought them, in a short weekly summary.
Why: Buyers value fast answers, and you can only improve what you can see.
The hot lead alert on WhatsApp too. Not live yet, and it needs a separate approval from Meta.
Why: One more place to get the alert, next to your phone notification and email.
Your TikTok direct messages next to Instagram and Facebook, with the same draft replies. Not live yet, and it needs an approval from TikTok.
Why: If your customers write to you on TikTok, you should not need a second inbox.
What we are exploring. Shop requests decide what we explore first.
A warning before you ship when a cash order looks weak, based on your own past orders.
Why: A refused cash order costs you shipping both ways, most of all where cash on delivery is common.
When a customer is ready, send a payment link from the payment provider you already use.
Why: Some customers prefer to pay online, and the right provider is different in each country.
A written summary of a voice note, and the matching product when a customer sends a photo. You still check before you send.
Why: Some customers prefer to talk or send a picture instead of typing.
Give a chat to a team member and see who replied, so nobody answers twice or misses a customer. Team size depends on your plan.
Why: When two people answer one account, a customer can get two answers or none.
Connect more than one Instagram account, each with its Facebook Page, and answer all of them from one place.
Why: If you run more than one brand, you should not need more than one inbox.
Bring prices and stock from Google Sheets, Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla or Zid into your draft replies.
Why: If your products are already in a store or a sheet, you should not have to type them twice.
Your WhatsApp Business chats next to Instagram and Facebook, with the same draft replies. Exploring, not live.
Why: In many Arab markets, the order is finished on WhatsApp.
Plan tags show where a feature will likely sit. Upgrade means a higher plan, or a paid add on if we offer one. Tags can change before launch.
