How to answer "is it still available?" in Instagram DMs

"Is it still available?" sounds like a small question. It is not. The customer already likes the item and wants to know if they can have it. How you answer it in your Instagram DMs decides what happens next.

Answer yes or no first

Start with a clear answer: "Yes, it is available" or "This one is sold out". Do not make the customer wait for the main point. Check your stock before you say yes. A yes that turns into "sold out" later hurts trust.

Add the details they will ask next

Put the price, the sizes or colors you have, and the delivery cost in the same message. The customer gets everything in one read.

Example: "Yes, it is available 😊 It is [price]. We have it in [sizes or colors]. Delivery to [area] is [delivery cost]. Which size would you like?"

If it is sold out, offer the closest item

Suggest one similar item you have in stock, with its price. Or ask if they want a message when it is back, and write their name down so you remember.

End with one question

Ask one simple question, for example "Which size would you like?". It turns interest into an order.
