Sort by intent, not by time
A question about price, size, stock or delivery is a buying signal. "Thanks" or an emoji is not. Answer buying signals first, then the rest.
Prepare your common answers
Write your answers to the 5 questions you get most. Keep them in your phone notes or as saved replies in Instagram. Change each one a little for the customer, for example add the item they asked about. Put your delivery areas and payment methods in your bio or in a story highlight too, so fewer people need to ask.
Set check times
Pick fixed times in the day to open your DMs and comments, for example after each packing round. Write your reply hours in your bio, so customers know when to expect an answer.
