Most questions in a shop's DMs are the same: price, sizes, colors, delivery, payment. A short price list for your Instagram DMs answers them once, for you and for anyone who helps you.
What to include for each product
Write the name customers use, the price, the sizes or options, the colors, and if it is in stock.
Example: "Black linen dress (the dress from the video): [price]. Sizes S, M, L. Colors black and beige. In stock."
Add delivery and payment once
Put these at the top of the list, not under each product: delivery areas and cost, how long delivery takes, payment methods (for example cash on delivery or bank transfer), and your return or exchange rule.
Use the words your customers use
If customers say "the black dress from the video", add that name too. Give each item a short code as well, so you can match a customer's screenshot to the right item fast.
Keep it current
Change the list on the same day a price or stock changes. Mark sold out items right away. An old price in a reply costs trust.
